Welcome to my "Private Online Guitar Lessons" webpage
I offer authentic private guitar lessons through "Email Correspondence"
I guarantee my lessons and look forward to working with those of you who choose to try me out as your guitar teacher.
Just send me an email and let me know you’re interested. We can talk about it ~ Peter

Email Correspondence Lessons
Lessons are $40.USD per calendar month.

You can start any day, we just count it to the same date on the following month (ex: March 17th - April 17th) . Your commitment is only one month at a time. I use PayPal (the eBay guys) as my secure payment service. If you choose to try a month, I will be sending you a PayPal email request. It guides you through the process. After the end of your purchased month I will send you an e-mail asking if you would like to continue. You can stop anytime.

“Real Private Guitar Lessons”
My online lessons are “True” private teacher-student lessons. Be prepared to have fun, have a scheduled time to practice daily, and communicate with me. This is not a DVD or Video course. Therefore, if you have been looking for a local teacher, but can’t find the right person... maybe I could be what you’re looking for.

This is how they work:

Correspondence: Communication is done directly through e-mail (text, audio or video).

Lessons: Lessons are designed just like my private lessons. We discuss goals = songs, techniques, theory, and performance levels. I then work with you to achieve those goals. I will provide one new song, exercise, theory lesson per week - just like regular private lessons.

Scheduling: Unlike private lessons that confine you to a once a week meeting, these lessons are open ended. Lessons are based on a calendar month (ex: Dec 19th- Jan 19th). A lesson can happen any day of the week. I will provide support on your lessons when you need it.

What does this mean? - It means that lessons are based on you, not the week. If you have questions, you don’t have to wait until next week to ask them. Send them immediately and I will try to respond within 48 hours (usually the same day). This can actually be better than weekly person-to-person lessons for some of you.

Materials Used:
Videos: I will sometimes make a personal video for you or use a video that I’ve already made for demonstration.

PDF files: I have lots of educational PDF files that I’ve created that you can print or save. I will attach them to an e-mail as we need them.

Outside Resources: One of the great things about the Internet is the vast array of resources. So, I’m going to use them if we need them. I’ll be adding links to an email if it pertains to our lesson.

Audio/mp3: Having audio files to burn on a CD or just use on the computer are helpful when practicing. I also will send audio clips of me talking to you about a lesson. Sometimes, I find it works much better than writing it down.

Guaranteed Lessons:
At the end of each month, you will have an opportunity to tell me if this was or was not what you were looking for. If it wasn't, I will be happy to refund your money. It is important for it to be a win-win experience for both of us!
